Project Description

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England Training

0.5 Day Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Refresher

80% of employers are concerned about the impact of the pandemic on their employees’ mental health

Stress, anxiety and depression are the biggest causes of sickness absence in the UK. We know that mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression increased significantly during lockdown and, as a result, more people than ever are in need of support. As we get used to new ways of working, support for mental health at work is in high demand.

Mental Health First Aid England training is designed to benefit those in a range of roles including volunteers, employees, line managers, HR professionals, occupational health professionals and senior leaders.  MHFA training is evidence-based and taught in over 25 countries across all sectors.
