Why Mental Health First Aid Training?

Training helps to minimise the impact of mental poor health on your business and your people and promotes healthier workplaces. It is designed for a range of professionals including people managers, team members, HR and senior leaders.

Benefits of training:

Attendees learn about common mental health conditions and the impact of stress on mental health. They also learn how to have conversations about mental health and how to support themselves and others. Workplace mental health training helps to:

Mental Health First Aid training packages

We offer three Mental Health First Aid training packages as well as open enrolment training courses.

Option 1: Joining the Conversation

  • In-house Mental Health First Aid Course (16 max).

Option 2: Active and Listening

  • In-house Mental Health First Aid Course (16 max).
  • In-house Mental Health First Aider monthly group mentoring sessions x 6.
  • Bespoke wellbeing masterclasses x 3

Option 3: Encourage and Support

  • In-house Mental Health First Aid Course (16 max).
  • In-house Mental Health First Aider monthly group mentoring sessions x 12.
  • Bespoke wellbeing masterclasses x 6.
  • MHFAider group wellbeing coaching sessions x 6.

Option 4: MHFAider Mentoring

  • In-house Mental Health First Aider monthly group mentoring sessions x 6+.
  • Bespoke wellbeing masterclasses x 3+ (Optional).

  • MHFAider group wellbeing coaching sessions x 6 (Optional).

Option 5: Open Registration + Support

  • Join an open registration MHFA course.
