We offer a range of mental health and wellbeing options to promote happier teams and healthier workplaces. Sessions teach skills and knowledge to improve understanding of self-care and supporting others. Options include Mental Health First Aid (England) training, nutrition and therapeutic yoga.
Our courses can be delivered online or in person and we have options for both individuals and groups. With our wellbeing courses and programmes tailored to meet your business needs and lasting from between 30 minutes and 2 days, we create a supportive environment for staff to learn together.
