Better conversations

In-person · Online

How we talk to each other shapes how connected, supported and understood we feel, at work and in life. Listening well takes practice. So does moving past small talk into something real.

This workshop builds the skills behind better conversations: listening with real attention, asking better questions, sharing experiences and finding common ground. It also builds the confidence to have the harder conversations, the ones where someone’s struggling.
