Everybody Therapeutic Yoga
A relaxing and restorative mind and body practice
Therapeutic yoga classes combine breathwork with low impact, gentle movement to stretch and flex the body and calm the mind. As well as strengthening and conditioning the body, therapeutic yoga helps to lower stress by calming the nervous system naturally.
Classes are suitable for all abilities. Attendees are given options to stay in the initial stages of each yoga pose or progress to more challenging stages.
